The report of the Jt. BDO has been served on the petitioner and he is taken exception to the same. It appears from the report filed by the Joint Block Development Officer, Khankul-I, P.S.- Khanakul that the petitioner was engaged as Supervisor by order dated 31st July, 2018. It is specifically mentioned that the engagement is purely temporary subject to performance in service as Supervisor. It is also mentioned that the service of the petitioner may be terminated if his performance is not satisfactory or upto the mark. The Block Development Officer has intimated in his report that the petitioner was absent from his duty and his service was not found to be upto the mark. It is also averred that the petitioner is disobedient, irresponsible and negligent in duty of his performance.

Since the engagement of post of Supervisor is purely

temporary in nature and terminable at any time, considering the aforesaid Reports no interference is called for in respect of the petitioner for disengagement. The writ petition is hereby dismissed.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
