Challan evidencing payment of deficit Court fees along with affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record.

The petitioners had participated in the TET, 2014; their grievance is that the certificates of the said test have not yet been issued to them.

Mr. Chowdhury, learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that subject to availability of the particulars of the candidates, the Board is in active consideration for issuance of such certificates to the said candidate. The petitioners are directed to supply their particulars to Mr. Chowdhury immediately and the Board is directed to take steps for issuance of such certificate to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

W.P.A. 2658 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
