Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that during pendency of this writ petition, the work order was issued to a third-party being the successful bidder and he has executed the work order.

In that view of the matter, there is no scope to pass any order in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition has become infructuous.

WPA 2645 of 2025 is dismissed accordingly.
