Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 192 days and charge-sheet has been submitted. However, charges are yet to be framed. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail as the case involves falsification for Aadhaar, Pan and School Certificate along with other relevant identity cards. The allegations relate that the same were being manufactured and were handed over to foreign nationals.

Having considered the allegations and the fact that charges have not yet been framed, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over before the learned trial Court.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 351 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
