A case filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act ended in acquittal after trial. Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the said judgment and order of acquittal the petitioner has preferred the instant application for Special Leave to file appeal. I have perused the application as well as the impugned judgment. Special Leave to file appeal is granted. The appellant is directed to file Memorandum of Appeal within one month from the date of passing of this order. The application is, thus, disposed of.
