The petitioners do not want to proceed with the instant revision on the ground that they have been acquitted from the charge by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court at Alipore in BGR Case No. 2096 of 2002 vide judgement dated 8th February, 2023.

In view of such circumstances, the instant revision be dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
