None appears for the respondents-authorities at the time of call, although the petitioner is represented through counsel.

The innocuous prayer made in the writ petition is that the petitioner's representation given to the respondent authorities, as annexed at page-11 of the writ petition, has not yet been considered.

Since the respondents do not appear to oppose the matter, WPA 2373 of 2022 is disposed of ex parte by directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner, as annexed to the present writ petition, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, including the petitioner, positively within six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the respondentauthorities and if prima facie satisfied that there is an illegal encroachment, to initiate the necessary action in due course of law on such score.

The petitioner shall communicate the server copy of this order to the respondent-authorities, along with a copy of the writ petition containing its annexures, for the purpose of ensuring compliance.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
