1. This is an application, inter alia, praying for recall of the order dated 19th February, 2026 dismissing the writ petition being WPA 2554 of 2025.

2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and noting that the petitioners have been able to sufficiently explain the reasons for nonappearance on 19th February, 2026, I am of the view that the order dated 19th February, 2026 dismissing the writ petition should be recalled and the writ petition being WPA 2554 of 2025 be restored to its original file and number.

3. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.

4. List this matter in the combined monthly list of May, 2026.
