Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits, upon instructions, that the unauthorized structure has been demolished.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that substantial portion of the unauthorised construction has been demolished.

In view of such submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any more.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Connected application (CAN No.1 of 2024) is also disposed of.
