Review of this Court's order dated 23rd December, 2024 is sought on the ground that the findings of this Court at paragraph 8, that the State had the power to conduct re-enquiry is an erroneous interpretation of the relevant Rules. It is argued by learned counsel that it is not the ADM (Food) but the State that has the power. Hence it is submitted that there is error apparent on record.

It is now well-settled that an incorrect interpretation of the provisions of law cannot constitute a ground for review.

For the reason stated hereinabove, the application for review is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
