1. This is an application for contempt of the order dated 26th June, 2019 whereby an appeal preferred against the order dated 18th July, 2018 was dismissed. Significantly, the appeal was heard on merits and was disposed of after hearing the State respondents.

2. This application is appearing for the first time. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no service has been effected on any of the alleged contemnors.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to serve all the respondents as well as Mr.

T.M.

Siddiqui, Advocate, who usually appears on behalf of the State.

5. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to make necessary correction to the cause title of the petition.

6. The alleged contemnor is directed to take necessary instructions in view of the grievance of the petitioner.

7. In view of the transfer of alleged contemnor, the petitioner prays for leave to make the new incumbent to the office of the contemnor, a party to this case.

8. Let this matter appear on 9th October, 2023.
