1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there is slow progress in trial. Accordingly, he renews his prayer for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits forensic report with regard to data analysis of the mobile seized during investigation is to be filed on 21.02.2024.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had taken objectionable pictures and blackmailed the victim who was raped. Under such circumstances, his bail prayer was rejected earlier. Delay in the matter is due to non-availability of the forensic report. Victim is yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

4. The application for bail is thus rejected.

5. State is directed to produce the forensic report on the date fixed and if it is unable to do, as promptly as possible.

6. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.

7. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
