1. At the time of hearing, attention of this Court is drawn to the order dated 24.03.2025 as passed by this Court whereby and whereunder this Court passed an interim order of stay of all further proceeding in Case No. 01 of 2025 as pending before the respondent no. 9 till disposal of the instant writ petition or until further order whichever is earlier.
2. At this stage, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed server copy of the order dated 19.05.2025 as passed by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in MAT 610 of 2025. The said server copy of the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 19.05.2025 is taken on record.
3. It is submitted at the Bar that from the order dated 19.05.2025 as passed in MAT 610 of 2025 it would reveal that before the Hon'ble Division Bench, State has submitted a report indicating that the demolition
of unauthorized construction over plot no. 1 has been completed.
4. Learned Advocate for the private respondent in MAT 610 of 2025 who is the writ petitioner of the instant writ petition also submitted before the Hon'ble Division Bench that the authorities proceeded to demolish the construction.
5. Such being the position, this Court finds that the instant writ petition challenging the order of demolition dated 18.12.2024 as passed by the respondent no. 5/authority has practically become infructuous.
6. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition being WPA 2538 of 2025 along with the interlocutory applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
7. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
