Materials in the Case Diary implicate all the petitioners before us in mob lynching. There are statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code placing the petitioners before us at the time of place of occurrence. There is an issue of long absconsion also.

The police case is dated November 2, 2022.

Coordinate Bench enlarged one co-accused on statutory bail by the order dated February 1, 2023 passed in CRM(DB) 333 of 2023.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 373 of 2024 is disposed of.
