Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being harassed and heckled by the private respondents.

Petitioner claims that he is the owner of 80 decimals of land in Plot No. 534.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents disputes such contention and submits that the shop rooms are situated at an adjacent land and has no business with the plot in question and the plot number of the said land is 532.

Learned advocate for the state submits that the dispute and difference arise out of a land dispute

and several section 107 Cr.P.C. proceedings have been drawn up by the police authorities.

Having considered the steps so taken by the police authorities and the present relationship existing, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and to ensure no breach of the peace takes place and/or any untoward incident crops up because of the inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2449 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the private respondents.
