Vaisya Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharya ..for DPSC, North 24 Parganas The Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas is directed to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to consider the letter written by the Commanding Officer of NCC. A copy whereof has been produced before this court is kept on record. The letter is dated 7th June, 2022.

After hearing and after considering such document the Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas will pass a reasoned and speaking order by four weeks from the date of communication of this order. If the order goes in favour of the petitioner the petitioner is to be appointed by four weeks from the date of the order. If it goes against the petitioner the petitioner shall have the liberty to

challenge the said report. Thereafter, the copy of the reasons and speaking order is to be served upon the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
