...for the respondent no.1 This matter appears in the list for some corrections in the judgment dated 5th September, 2022 caused due to typographical error, which are as follows:

i) In last line of first paragraph at page 1 of the judgment dated 5th September, 2022, the death of Dilip Kumar Bhattachrjee is wrongly recorded as "12th April, 2003", which should be "24th April, 2013";

ii) In paragraph 3 of page 7 of the said judgment, the date of registration of the Will is wrongly recorded as "20th November, 1991" which should be "20th November, 1992";

iii) In paragraph no.(v) at page 24 of the said judgment, the name "Amar Bhandari PW 1" was wrongly recorded as "Amir Bhandari PW 1";

Since the errors pointed out hereinabove are basically

typographic errors, the same may be removed.

The department is directed to incorporate the corrections in the judgment dated 5th September, 2022.
