Report is not adverse so far as the petitioner's prayer for relaxation of the condition of bail is concerned. In such circumstances, the condition requiring the petitioner not to enter the district of Hooghly and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station are waived. All other conditions of the order granting bail to the petitioner will remain the same.
