Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the de facto complainant are related. There was ongoing dispute with regard to the ancestral property. Learned Advocate appearing for the State refers to the injury report.

In view of the nature of injuries and in view of the relationship between the parties and in view of the nature of allegations, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the

petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in month. The application being CRM 1145 of 2021 accordingly disposed of.
