He was brought to the hospital in a disoriented state. In his statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he states that he was taken into a party office and was assaulted brutally, whereupon he lost consciousness. He regained consciousness at the hospital. The injured implicates all the petitioners in the assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 506 of 2023 is, thus, rejected.
