1. The petitioner alleges that the order of the Court has not been complied with in the proper manner.

2. It appears that the Chairman has passed an order in the form of a report requesting the petitioner to accept certain amount which the petitioner is not agreeable to.

3. Whether the figure indicated by the Municipality is proper or not cannot be ascertained in the contempt jurisdiction.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the direction of the Municipality in a fresh proceeding.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.

6. The Municipality is, however, directed to take proper steps against the erring Sub Assistant Engineer who is reported to have admitted his guilt and sought for forgiveness.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
