1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner moves the application CAN 1 of 2025 in which, the applicant/writ petitioner has sought for recall of this Court's order dated May 2, 2025 passed in CPAN 168 of 2023.

2. The applicant has also sought for restoration of CPAN 168 of 2023 to its original file and number.

3. Mr. Arnab Roy, learned advocate, appears for the opposite parties/alleged contemnors.

4. Having heard both of them and on perusal of the record, the Court is satisfied about the sufficiency of the reasons as cited by the applicant/writ petitioner in

CAN 1 of 2025. Hence, it is considered appropriate to allow the prayer of the applicant as made therein.

5. Therefore, CAN 1 of 2025 in connection with CPAN 168 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of with the following directions:

a. The order dated May 2 of 2025 of this Court is recalled.

b. The contempt application being CPAN No. 168 of 2023 is restored in its original file and number.

6. Let this matter being CPAN 168 of 2023 appear in the list of this Court after a week, whenever the Court sits singly.
