1. Applicant seeks modification of the judgment and order dated February 18, 2025 passed in MAT 158 of 2025 with FMA 227 of 2025.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that some other authority is liable to pay and such authority should be directed to pay.

3. By our judgment and order dated February 18, 2025, we required the concerned municipality to make the payment. It is up to the concerned municipality to recover the payment from any other legal entity that it may deem appropriate.

4. We, therefore, find no ground to modify our judgment and order dated February 18, 2025 on the plea taken by the applicant before us.

5. CAN/3/2025 in MAT/158/2025 and CAN/2/2025 in FMA/227/2025 are, therefore, dismissed.
