The grounds made out in the said application as the reasons for the petitioner not being represented in Court on the particular day, appear to be sufficient. For the reason as above, the following directions are passed:- Previous order of this Court dated 24.6.2024 is recalled.

The original writ petition being WPA 1367 of 2010 is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 11 of 2025 is disposed of.

Let this matter appear in the list under the heading "Old Hearing Matters" immediately.
