Mr. Shaham Saha Mr. Sk. Abumusa ....for the Petitioner Mr. Srijan Nayak Mrs. Rituparna Maitra ....for the WBSEDCL Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records. It appears from the endorsement that the private respondents have refused to accept service.

The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the WBSEDCL to provide a separate electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner.

On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they are ready and willing to provide an electricity connection to the petitioner. However, third parties are obstructing any such connection. In such circumstances, WPA 2717 of 2025 stands allowed.

The WBSEDCL is directed to take police assistance in providing such electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner.

It is made clear that the expenses in providing such connection would be borne exclusively by the petitioner. It is also clarified that the above connection is subject to compliance with all formalities and payment of all necessary statutory dues.
