...for CESC The learned Counsel for the CESC has submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and the petitioner has paid the substantial part of the agreed amount.

In view the fact that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the petitioner has paid substantial amount, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely, Shibu Guhaa, shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only), with one surety, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
