Apprehending arrest in connection with Mathurapur Police Station Case No.233 of dated 11.8.2020 under Sections 498A/304B/306/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the petitioner have filed the present application, praying for anticipatory bail. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. It appears that charge sheet was submitted on September 8, 2021. Subsequent thereto, the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on November 30, 2021.

We do not find any substantial change in the circumstances subsequent to rejection of the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail on 30th November, 2021 and as such, the application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
