Petitioners are aggrieved by the in action of the police authorities as in spite of the Civil Court's direction police authorities have not provided adequate remedies. To that effect information has been furnished but only GD Entry has been recorded.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that during local enquiry it could not be ascertained who affixed the padlock at the gate of the scheduled land.

In case the petitioners file an application before the Civil Court which is already in seisin of Title Suit No. 518 of 2023 and the learned Civil Court is pleased to pass appropriate directions upon the police authorities, police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order of the Civil Court.

For the present police authorities would keep a surveillance to ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2791 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
