It is submitted by Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the termination clause in the agreement executed by and between the petitioner and the respondent no. 2, Indian Oil Corporation Limited. However, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition it is noticed that there is an arbitration clause in the agreement. The petitioner intends to go in arbitration for redressal of her grievance.

In view of such circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed being not pressed with liberty to the petitioner and respondent no. 10, if he so desires, to approach for arbitration before the competent forum.
