We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is alleged to have subjected the victim to penetrative sexual assault. Trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2023. Nothing is placed before us to show delay in the matter is at the behest of the prosecution. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
