The petitioners apprehend that they may be taken into custody as warrant of arrest has been issued against them. In view of the apprehension expressed by the petitioners, copy was directed to be served upon Mr. Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

On an appreciation of the certified copies so enclosed along with the present revisional application, I find that the petitioners were earlier released on bail, but for circumstances beyond their control, they could not appear before the court on the date so fixed by the learned trial court.

Having considered the fact that the petitioners were on bail and the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners undertake that they would cooperate with the smooth progress of the trial, I direct that in case the petitioners appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia by 22.02.2023, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. The warrant of arrest so issued be stayed till 24.02.2023. In case, the petitioners do not appear within the schedule date, learned Magistrate would be at liberty to shift to the next harsher process of law.

The substance of the allegations being sessions triable, it is directed that the petitioners shall once in a fortnight, appear before the Officer-in-Charge, Hanskhali Police Station and obtain an acknowledgement for the next three months. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 380 of 2023 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
