We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. We have seen the material on record. Given the nature of the offence that the petitioner has been charged with and the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to anticipatory bail. Charge sheet has yet not been filed.

However, the petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of one month from date provided she cooperates with the Investigating Officer. In the meantime, the petitioner will

be at liberty to approach the appropriate court for regular bail. If such a bail application is filed, the same shall be decided upon notice to the other parties, including the defacto complainant, uninfluenced by any observation in this order. CRM No. 1157 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
