It is informed that after investigation FRT No. 51 of 2023 dated 28.8.2023 has been submitted before the Court below on the basis the compromise arrived between the parties, specially husband and wife and the de facto complainant does not want to proceed with the case. The said proceeding is fixed on 7th July, 2024 before the

learned Court below for final adjudication.

Under such circumstances, the present petitioners do not want to proceed with instant the case and pray for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, CRR 425 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed being not pressed.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information and taking necessary action in accordance with law.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
