Sri Partha Sinha (Via Video Conference) Mr. Soumitra Deb ... for the petitioner Mr. Raj Kumar Sain ... for the opposite party This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of case being Matrimonial Suit No.34 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Judge at Raghunathpur, Purulia to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, First Court at Sealdah, Kolkata having determination to take the matrimonial matter for disposal.

Mr. Raj Kumar Sain, learned advocate appears for the opposite party/respondents and submits that he has no objection if the application so filed on behalf of the petitioner is allowed in view of the fact that both the parties are staying in Kolkata.

Accordingly, by consent of both the parties, the application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code is allowed.

Let Mat. Suit 34 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Raghunathpur,

Purulia be withdrawn from the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Raghunathpur, Purulia and be transferred to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, First Court at Sealdah, Kolkata. A copy of this order be sent to the learned Courts for necessary action in the matter.

With the above direction C.O. 204 of 2021 is disposed of.
