For the respondents/claimants in FMA 786 of 2010 & appellants/claimants in COT 4 of 2010 It is submitted on behalf of the learned advocates for the parties that in the judgment dated 23rd September, 2022, necessary correction is required in respect of the figure of the amount mentioned in the last line of the first paragraph. It is submitted that the amount may be corrected as Rs.6,21,500/- instead of Rs.6,12,500/-. Accordingly, the figure of the amount of Rs.6,12,500/-, mentioned in the last line of the first paragraph of the judgment dated 23rd September, 2022, be deleted and the figure of the amount of Rs.6,21,500/- be inserted in that place.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

The other remaining portions of the judgment dated 23rd September, 2022 will remain unchanged. (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
