Mr. Aniket Mitra ... For Opposite Party No.3/WBSEDCL.

The learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3/WBSEDCL has submitted that offence has been compounded with and the relevant order of compounding the offence was passed on December 22, 2017. The petitioner has paid the compounding charges of Rs.24,000/-. The learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 has submitted copies of receipt and order of the competent authority. Let those documents be taken on record.

The learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.3 has further submitted that the petitioner has also deposited the final assessment bill of Rs.2,51,258/-.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
