State of West Bengal ---------- Akd The matter has come up in the list at the instance of the Department for correction of a typographical mistake crept in the order dated 1st December, 2021.

It is pointed out that in the said order the case no. CRA 306 of 1989 has been typed wrongly instead of CRA 306 of 1986.

The mistake is apparent.

Let the correction be made in the order dated 1st December, 2021 accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the order dated 1st December, 2021.
