Mr. Arijit Dey .....for Baranagar Municipality Pursuant to the order dated 24th April, 2023 both the writ petitions are taken up for consideration.

However, it has already been recorded in the order dated 24th April, 2023 passed by this court on these two writ petitions that the writ petition being WPA 29389 of 2014 stood disposed of vide order dated 10th July, 2018 by the Hon'ble Justice Debangsu Basak.

In view of disposal of the said writ petition being WPA 29389 of 2014,the department is directed not to treat the same as pending and not to show the same as pending in the system.

Other writ petition being WPA 2007 of 2017 is taken up for consideration when no one

appears for the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for.

However, Baranagar Municipality is represented by learned Advocate.

Same situation prevailed on 24th April, 2023.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition being WPA 2007 of 2017 stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned Advocates for the parties on usual undertaking.
