Learned Additional Public Prosecutor hands up the charge sheet filed by the Police Authorities and I have perused the same.

On perusal of the documents, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is a Foreign National and this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the learned Trial Judge is requested to complete the trial at an earliest though we are passing through this pandemic situation. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
