I am told by the parties that the matter has been settled. The fresh marksheet has been sent to the school of the petitioner and the petitioner has to collect the same from the school.

The school being the respondent no.5 is directed to hand over the fresh marksheet in original to the petitioner as soon as he would approach the school for collecting the same.

With the above observation this matter is disposed of.
