Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The mother of the petitioner also received burn injuries. The victim committed suicide.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the incident occurred in the morning. The mother of the petitioner did not receive any burn injuries as claimed. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that relevant copies were not served. It is for the

petitioner to take up such issues before the appropriate forum.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 420 of 2022 is dismissed.
