Mr. Debashis Saha .........for the petitioners. This revisional application has been filed seeking direction upon the Debts Recovery Tribunal No.1, Kolkata for early disposal of S.A. No. 27 of 2016 along with all connected applications.

It is submitted that S. A. No. 27 of 2016 is pending since 2016.

I am of the opinion that prayer of this revisional application does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite parties.

Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal No.1, Kolkata is requested to dispose of the S.A. No. 27 of 2016 along with all connected applications as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to this case, preferably within six months.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal No.1, Kolkata.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
