Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the Prodhan is under detention presently. He draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary showing the involvement of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that public money is involved and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 713 of 2022 is dismissed.
