Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is delay in lodging FIR. Petitioner has been falsely implicate due to domestic quarrel. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits petitioner is son-in-law of one of the victims. He and his family members had trespassed into her house and assaulted her brutally. As a result Kohinoor's grand daughter also suffered injuries.

Kohinoor was hospitalized. This resulted delay in lodging FIR. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. In view of the primary role played by the petitioner in brutally assaulting Kohinoor resulting in life threatening injuries as well

as endangering her grand daughter's life we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
