The petitioner alleges that full payment was not made by the Purulia Zilla Parishad despite satisfactory completion of work and submission of bills. 2.

It has been submitted that part payment has been made but some payment is still due and payable. 3.

A representation by the petitioner was filed before the authority and the same is pending disposal. 4.

None represents the Purulia Zilla Parishad.

Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be kept with the records.

In the absence of the respondent authority, the Court is not in a position to decide the issue conclusively.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 7, the Additional Executive Officer, Purulia Zilla Parishad to decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and to release the due and admissible payment at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If any amount is disputed by the authority, details thereof shall be made known to the petitioner without any further delay.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
