Petitioner has sought for an order soliciting a direction to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending suit. Admittedly, the temporary injunction application has not yet been disposed of.

In view of the nature of the order, proposed to be made in this case, service upon the opposite parties is considered to be not necessary. Service of Notice upon opposite parties is thus dispensed with. This is a suit, instituted in the year 2021.

of accordingly is directed to dispose of temporary injunction application, and all other interlocutory applications, if any pending, expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of communication of this order, but without granting unnecessary adjournments, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, an opportunity of hearing to both the parties must be

ensured.
