Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of the Judicial Misc. Case No. 08 of 2021 arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 1100 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore.

The nature of prayer does not demand, I am of the opinion, any notice to be served upon the opposite party.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of Judicial Misc. Case No. 08 of 2021 arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 1100 of 2020, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the party to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless there is extreme urgency.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Additional District Judge, 1st

Court, Paschim Medinipore as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party before the Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore as well as opposite party. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
