State has submitted a report which reflects that Basanti P.S. Case No.

of dated 03.05.2024 was registered for investigation and, on conclusion of the investigation charge-sheet was submitted on or about 31.05.2024.

The petitioner no.1 complains that she is unable to enter her matrimonial home.

Having regard to the same, the

petitioners are at liberty to take out an appropriate application under the provisions of PWDV Act, for necessary remedies.

The petitioner no.1 also complains that none of the stridhan articles were recovered in course of the investigation.

In case, the petitioners are aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, the petitioners would be at liberty to take out appropriate application before the learned ACJM, Alipore and/or the transferee Magistrate, if any, in connection with Basanti P.S. Case No.

407 of 2024 dated 03.05.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2755 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for

the petitioners.
