Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation was made before the Chairman, District Primary School Council South 24Parganas on 4th March, 2020, but such representation dated 4th March, 2020 was not considered by the Chairman till date.

Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel appearing for the School Council is present.

As the representation dated 4th March, 2020 is not considered by the Chairman, South 24-Parganas, District Primary School Council till date, the learned Chairman is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and allowing the petitioner to produce all

necessary documents before him at the time of hearing.

The learned Chairman is also requested to communicate a reasoned order to the petitioner after taking such decision at an earliest.

The learned Advocate of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of the writ petition and a copy of the order of this Court to the learned Chairman, District Primary School Council, 24Parganas(S) within 7 days from today. The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
