Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of FIR having been registered being Samsherganj Police Station Case No. 307/24, no steps were communicated to the petitioner regarding the progress of the case.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having considered the fact that investigation commenced on 31.05.2024, I direct the Investigating Officer of the aforesaid case to inform the outcome and or progress of the investigation to the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2752 of 2025 is disposed of.
